1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through Shopify Payments in our store’s default currency, British Pound Sterling (GBP). Supported payment methods include:

All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway provider.
2. Currency and Conversion Fees
All prices are listed in GBP. We do not charge any currency conversion fees. However, if you are using a non-GBP payment method, your card issuer or payment service provider may apply a conversion fee. Finch & Vaux is not responsible for any such fees.
3. Payment Timing
When you place an order, your payment method is charged immediately upon checkout. Once payment is confirmed and verified, we will begin processing and preparing your order for dispatch.
4. Invoicing and Order Confirmation
After a successful transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a digital invoice and all relevant order details. Please retain this email for your records.
5. Taxes and Customs Duties
All product prices shown on our website include applicable local taxes.
6. Refunds and Billing Disputes
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. All approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
